At Samson Equipment, we stand behind the strength and durability of our products.
Lifetime Warranty on Steel Materials & Workmanship
The steel materials and workmanship in Samson Equipment machines are warranted for life when used as intended. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
If a steel component fails due to no fault or abuse by the owner, the customer must notify Samson Equipment, Inc. and return the equipment at their own expense. Samson Equipment, Inc. will repair or replace the equipment at our discretion and cover the return shipping to the customer.
Warranty Coverage for Other Components
- Bearings – 8-year warranty if used as designed and not abused.
- Movable parts – 1-year warranty if used as designed and not abused.
- Upholstery, powder coating, and paint – 18-month warranty if used as designed and not abused.
- Wood products – 90-day warranty if used as designed and not abused.
Warranty Process & Conditions
All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Samson Equipment, Inc. If an inspection determines that failure was caused by abuse, neglect, or misuse, the warranty is void. However, repairs can still be performed on a labor-and-materials basis, with a written estimate provided before any work is done.
Customers are responsible for:
- Contacting Samson Equipment, Inc. with details on the equipment’s condition.
- Packaging and return shipping costs for non-warranty repairs.
For products not manufactured by Samson Equipment, any warranty provided is solely through the original manufacturer.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
If you need to submit a warranty claim or request assistance, please provide:
- Photos of any damaged or missing components.
- A list of specific needs, such as missing bolts or replacement parts.
- Your school or business location, if applicable.
This information will allow our team to assess the issue and determine the best course of action.
The Samson Built for Strength Warranty is the only express warranty provided. All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
