“I think sometimes athletic trainers and strength coaches can almost kind of butt heads because their philosophies differ… Let’s now take these deficiencies that we’ve flagged for each player and use our own philosophies and use our own things that we’re really good at to help the athlete progress functionally and physically from a performance standpoint, from an injury prevention standpoint, from a biomechanical standpoint.”
