S2 E137: Seth Thomsen (Head Strength and Conditioning Coach)

“I think that our reps are our reputation, right? So what we’re able to get our kids to do, and there’s some bandwidth in there, right? … You’re allowed to have bad days once in a while, right? But I want you locked in on whatever it is we’re doing consistently every day. I don’t want you jacked up, ready to go on Monday, and I got to kick you in the pants to get you going on a Tuesday, right? I want you to be the same guy every day.”
