“So I’m at a disadvantage in that I am not a wrestler… But what I do have is all of the hours in metabolism, in human physiology and nutrition, and also my past experience in working with my wrestlers and my fighters. So I use that and I try to break it down as simple as possible as to this is what’s gonna happen in your body. It doesn’t make sense for you to either starve yourself or go for an extreme weight cut because of these reasons. And this is the best way to go about it.”
