“One of the fact that I didn’t really mention it for the decision, but like just the inability to plan life where, know, like you mentioned recruits, you know, especially, especially now with the way it is like poor, like it’s like, like you said, like my wife would ask me, Hey, can we do this like next week? And I’m like, I know. Like I’ll tell you the night before, like, you know, Like we might ever recruit, we might, I don’t know when practice is going to be. I don’t know when this is going to be. so kind of, like I said, with, like, with the business, like you’re still going to have to work really hard and do a lot of hours. But ultimately the decision comes down to me of when and how I do it and how I intentionally decide to make time or not for it. and that lack of clarity is kind of taken away now where it’s down to me.”
