“I think I’ve been in situations enough where I’ve had, I’ve butted some heads with like my staff about things like that, I guess. And me wanting to have my hand in everything, then I’m like, this doesn’t work. just, doesn’t work and people don’t grow that way by the way if you want somebody to grow they’re gonna have to make mistakes on their own and they’re gonna have to figure out like they said they wanted to have this conversation have the conversation but let me know how it goes so that’s where the communication piece goes it comes in but i i’ve more often than not i’ve found i’ve had more issues with trying to do it all than just me taking a step back and letting them grow because I’ve been in situation where somebody has fixed for me and then I never learned how to do that on my own.”
