“It’s the 23 hour rule right that well straight coaches talk about Outside of this hour that I have you for the lift today. You’re making choices for 23 other hours What are your choices gonna be? So can you get the athlete to a high level motivation? So they go to bed just a little bit earlier, maybe 30 minutes earlier. You mean all that’s gonna help right? Do they take their multivitamin today? Do I not have to remind them about these things? Because can we help the athletes be successful on their own? And this is a direct theory that I think supports it.”
