Being a strength coach is like being a carpenter. Okay. Carpenters have their tools... If you come into strength and conditioning, build a big toolbox. Do not pigeonhole yourself into, I wanna be this, I wanna be the guy on staff that knows all about mobility. Great, that's good. But you better know how all that works within the other aspects of strength and conditioning.
