Standard Product Returns
Returning a Standard Item
If you purchase a standard product meaning it follows our standard specifications for color, dimensions, and options and decide you no longer want it, Samson Equipment will provide a refund of the original sales price minus a 30 percent restocking fee.
To qualify for a refund, the product must:
- Arrive at Samson Equipment in good, salable condition.
- Be properly packaged by the customer for safe return shipping.
- Be returned at the customer’s expense, including all shipping costs.
Once the returned item arrives and is inspected by our quality control team, a refund will be processed for the approved amount.
Restocking Fee Explanation
The 30 percent restocking fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative processing. This ensures all returned products meet our performance and safety standards before being made available to new customers.
Custom Product Orders
No Refunds for Custom Orders
If your purchase involves a custom product which includes unique color schemes, logo branding, modified dimensions, or nonstandard configurations, no refund will be provided if you decide not to keep the item.
Each custom product is designed and fabricated specifically for your program or facility. Because of this personalization, these items cannot be restocked or resold.

Used Equipment Returns
Used Product Policy
If the product whether standard or custom has been used and shows no structural defects, it is not eligible for a refund. This policy maintains the integrity and safety of all Samson Equipment products sold to customers.
Used or installed items cannot be resold as new and are therefore ineligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Equipment
