“Once I went through an actual curriculum at Bradley, I decided, you know, I want to do this for real. So I decided, let’s do the thing that puts me the farthest out of my comfort zone. So I went to Syracuse to work with football. And my mindset was that was kind of like, you know, if I can do the thing that takes me the farthest out of my comfort zone, then I can coach whatever athlete I come across, you know. Syracuse was a fantastic experience for me and that really solidified my goal as a strength coach to be a strength and conditioning coach.”
